Final Year Project.
Since the launch of ChatGPT in late 2022 a wave of enthusiasm for the adoption of AI tools to enhance commercial offerings or streamline business processes has penetrated every level of enterprise from large corporations to tiny startups.
For Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) this has created a fear that they will be outcompeted by their better resourced large competitors or by more tech savvy nimble startups.
This project aims to create a suite of tools specifically targeted at SMEs that leverage state-of-the-art AI technologies to meet their business needs. This will require a team of Final Year Project students each working on a specific tool.
These tools will include but are not limited to:
- The Intelligent Website,
- the Intelligent Virtual Assistant,
- the AI Receptionist,
- the AI Tech Support,
- the AI Marketing Tool,
- the AI Data Analyst for SMEs,
- the Intelligent Internationalisation Tool.

The project would then proceed by reviewing the current commercial offerings available in that space. Next a review of the technologies and services, both commercial and open source, that could be used in the development of the tool would be carried out. The project would then be to develop a proof-of-concept tool for a specific set of target customers utilising a strategically selected set of AI technologies.
