My current research interest is providing reliable software services to urban stakeholders, in other words looking at the engineering of dynamic software in large-scale, mobile environments. I'm particularly interested in middleware that uses machine learning and autonomous systems techniques, using real-time data, to provide continuously reliable software services in such environments. Applications include driver assistance, ambulance medic support, travel support for the mobility impaired, and any application for users on the move.
