This project involves developing an app that will identify, and locate on a map, short-term lettings being offered which doesn’t comply with short-term letting legislation/requirements. For instance they are being rented in rent pressure zones, they are not registered with the relevant body, they do not meet health & safety regulation etc.
In order to identify such properties information available in different websites can be gathered and crossed check. For instance, images or advert wording.
This project is suitable for a FYP.
