TAKEN Visualisation of health telemonitoring data in support of multi-disciplinary clinics TAKEN

Motor neurone disease (MND) patients attending the multi-disciplinary clinic at Beaumont Hospital are encouraged to use a telemonitoring system to record their status between clinic visits. The current system does not facilitate efficient review by clinic staff planning the clinic or easy use of the data during visits. This project will build on one last year to implement a useful and usable interface to the MND telemonitoring data coming from a Mongo DB database.
